Yarn Exchange Program
Have leftover yarn from completed projects? Don't let it go to waste! Our yarn exchange program allows you to return unused yarn and earn store credit or bonuses for your next purchase.
Bring in your unused yarn (minimum 50g), and we'll assess its condition. For every 100g of quality yarn returned, you'll receive store credit or bonus points toward your next purchase.
We accept all types of yarn in good condition: wool, cotton, acrylic, blends, and specialty fibers. Yarn must be clean, untangled, and stored properly.
Earn 10% bonus credit for premium yarns, 15% for organic/natural fibers, and 20% for hand-dyed or specialty yarns. Maximum bonus applies to yarns in original packaging.
